Training workshops are repeatedly scheduled throughout the UK and online. We encourage early booking as many of our workshops fill up quickly. 

For online workshops, training materials are sent by post or courier approximately 10-14 days prior to the training dates. Please note, for deliveries outside of the UK materials may be subject to import duty. All taxes and duties due will need to be paid by the consignee. Failure to pay may result in your parcel being returned to Pyramid UK. As a result any fees charges by our courier will be passed onto the consignee. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions. If you wish to cancel a booking on a workshop you must inform Pyramid Educational Consultants in writing, this can be either by email or post. We cannot accept cancellations by phone. We would recommend that if you send in your cancellation notice by post that you obtain a Certificate of Postage. Please see Workshop Terms and Conditions for our full policies and fees.

Training materials for online workshops will be posted out to delegates (where applicable) 10 days in advance of the workshop date(s). If a delegate wishes to cancel their place on a workshop they will have to return the training materials to us in an unused state, at their expense, in order to receive the full refund.

• Non-attendance – If you do not attend a workshop, and you have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable.
