This short social safety video is a great reminder of how to stay safe online. It is a simple guide as to what we should and should not share about our personal lives. The internet has many advantages but there are also some things we should be careful of! We are running SoSAFE! training on July 4th 2022 which covers implementing sensitive safeguarding procedures to vulnerable adults and children alike. we have received very positive feedback! Here is just one of many quotes “We have implemented SoSAFE! comprehensively within the school over the last two years. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed doing so and, as it was intended I have drawn on this resource more than once in sensitive safeguarding scenarios to very positive effect. We haven’t looked back for a moment and found the resources altogether invaluable.”

The video was commissioned by East Sussex County Council Learning Disability Services. It has been created in collaboration with learning disabled adults and professionals from the learning disability sector. The soundtrack is provided by the rock band Delta 7, made up of seven people from Eastbourne who all have learning disabilities.
